Terms of Service

I send out an invoice through PayPal (USD). Payment must be sent in advance before I begin.

No cancellations in the midst of progress. Refunds are not accepted unless the commission has not begun yet.

Do not claim it as your own. Must put credit.

You are not allowed to add your own watermark to the artwork. If you post it, post the one that has my watermark on it.

Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use ONLY.

Unless stated otherwise (for private reasons), I have the right to publish the artwork to my portfolio and social medias.

Deadlines are reasonable but do not rush me. Tight deadlines will incur additional charges.

I am allowed to record the painting process and upload it unless stated otherwise.

The final piece will be unwatermarked and watermarked, digital art with “simple” background and decorative elements (flower petals, etc). Other additional props, characters, and background will have different charges that are stated below. My schedule can be hectic, and it may take a little longer than stated to finish an art piece.

You’ll receive a high resolution PNG file (within the range 2400-3600 pixels). I regularly email updates about the progress through your email, so be sure to check your email frequently because I need your feedback to continue.

What I can do: OC, portraits (stylized), hetero/homo, ecchi

What I won’t do: gore, nudes, machinery, violence, armor (minimal amount is okay), and furries.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN EMAIL

Commission Type: Bust / half body / full body

Background: Simple (free), or scenery (additional charge)

References/Description: props, poses, backgrounds, characteristics/personality traits

Public or Private: if you choose public, both parties can share the commission piece respectively throughout their social platforms.

Reasonable deadline if there’s any: If the deadline is tight, there will be an additional charge.

Your Social Media: This is optional, but I would like to inform who the commission is for when I post it on my portfolio.
